Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Clients book through a link and sign in to a web portal — no app to install and no account hoops.
Can clients pay when they book?
Yes. Connect Stripe and take a deposit or full prepayment at booking. Funds go straight to your own Stripe account.
How do reminders work?
Email reminders go out automatically before every visit, so you send nothing by hand. SMS reminders are on the roadmap.
Can I use it from my phone?
Yes. Leashdesk runs in any browser, so you can take bookings and log visits from your phone between stops.
